M&A ACTIVITY
Lumine Group Completes the Purchase of Synchronoss Technologies
Lumine Group completed the acquisition of Synchronoss Technologies, a provider of mission‑critical software to global communications service providers. This marks our first acquisition of a public company and our second transaction with Synchronoss, following a 2023 carve‑out that launched three standalone businesses.
