This quarter saw continued momentum across the Lumine ecosystem. We welcomed two new businesses, Imagine Communications and Quortex, brought together more than 100 leaders at SparkX, and connected with customers and partners at events around the world.
We also take a look at highlights within the portfolio compaines from product innovation and industry recognition, and a look at the latest developments from our Brighter Futures initiative. Here are a few highlights.
M&A ACTIVITY
Deepening Our Presence in Media Software
We began the quarter with the acquisitions of Imagine Communications and Quortex, a carve-out from Synamedia, expanding Lumine’s presence across broadcast, video delivery, streaming, and monetization.

In September, Lumine announced the 2026 recipients of the Future Leaders in Business and Finance Scholarship, recognizing Canadian post-secondary students for their academic commitment, leadership potential, community impact, and ambition.
As part of this year’s Brighter Futures initiative, Eva’s is one of the organizations receiving computers from Lumine.
